Garanția legală de conformitate

Toate produsele vândute pe typewriter.ro consumatorilor beneficiază de garanția legală de conformitate de 2 ani de la livrare, conform OUG nr. 140/2021, care transpune Directiva (UE) 2019/771. Mai jos este informarea oficială a Uniunii Europene, așa cum o cere art. 22¹ din OUG nr. 34/2014.

Ce înseamnă la typewriter.ro

2 ani de la livrare. Răspundem pentru orice neconformitate care exista la livrare și se constată în acest interval. Asta include tastaturile cu firmware.
Primul an. Nu trebuie să dovedești că problema exista la livrare: legea presupune asta.
Reparare sau înlocuire gratuită, la alegerea ta, în cel mult 15 zile calendaristice de la data la care ne-ai anunțat.
În primele 30 de zile de la livrare ai dreptul la înlocuirea produsului neconform.
Reducere de preț sau banii înapoi, dacă repararea sau înlocuirea nu e posibilă, nu se face la timp, problema persistă sau e gravă.
Transportul în garanție este pe cheltuiala noastră.

Cum faci o reclamație

Scrie-ne la contact@typewriter.ro, cu numărul comenzii.
Descrie problema și, dacă poți, atașează o fotografie sau un video scurt.
Îți confirmăm primirea imediat și stabilim împreună, în scris, soluția și termenul.

Factura sau e-mailul de confirmare a comenzii sunt dovada achiziției. Detaliile complete sunt în Termeni și condiții, punctele 9–12.

Dacă un producător oferă în plus o garanție comercială de durabilitate, o vei vedea pe pagina produsului, marcată cu eticheta UE GARAN. Ea se adaugă garanției legale.

Every product sold to consumers on typewriter.ro is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery, under OUG no. 140/2021, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/771. Legal guarantee – EU notice (summary). Goods sold in the European Union are covered by a minimum legal guarantee of two years. Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent during the legal guarantee period. They must offer free repair or free replacement and, in some cases, a price reduction or a full refund.

What this means at typewriter.ro

2 years from delivery. We are liable for any lack of conformity that existed at delivery and becomes apparent within this period. This includes keyboards with firmware.
The first year. You do not have to prove that the problem existed at delivery: the law presumes it.
Free repair or replacement, as you choose, within 15 calendar days at most from the day you notified us.
In the first 30 days after delivery you are entitled to have a non-conforming product replaced.
Price reduction or your money back, if repair or replacement is not possible, is not done in time, the problem persists or is serious.
Transport under the guarantee is at our expense.

How to make a claim

Write to us at contact@typewriter.ro, with your order number.
Describe the problem and, if you can, attach a photo or a short video.
We acknowledge receipt straight away and agree with you, in writing, on the solution and the deadline.

Your invoice or order confirmation e-mail is your proof of purchase. Full details are in the Terms and conditions, sections 9–12.

If a manufacturer also offers a commercial guarantee of durability, you will see it on the product page, marked with the EU GARAN label. It comes in addition to the legal guarantee.
